TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH PSI

Your equipment. Your priorities.

A maintenance request and a new equipment build start with different questions. Choose the path that fits your work.

01 / CONTRACTORS & FLEET MAINTENANCE

Keep the next repair moving.

Identify a replacement pump or wear component for an existing fluid system. Start with the installed equipment, the part you need and your schedule.

  • Installed pump brand, series and size
  • Part number, dimensions and material requirements
  • Quantity, ship-to location and need-by date
02 / OEMs & SYSTEM BUILDERS

Start with the system requirements.

Discuss pumping, agitation and mixing components for a new build or equipment revision. Bring drawings, operating requirements and your qualification process.

  • Flow, pressure / head and fluid information
  • Tank layout, mounting envelope and available power
  • Build quantities, documentation and evaluation needs

01 / THE SUPPLY RANGE

Fluid equipment. A focused range.

Explore established PSI equipment families and the information needed to review them for an HDD application. Open a guide to prepare your inquiry.

PSI’s current website lists pumps, agitators, mud guns, hoppers and OEM pump parts. HDD-specific configurations and new supply categories require confirmation. Images show existing PSI equipment.

WHERE PSI FITS

THE WHOLE SUPPLY PICTURE

Think beyond a single part.

Use this planning guide to organize your supply conversation, from the fluid system to the next replacement.

01 / PREPARE

Define the crossing

Gather the installation dimensions, available ground information, rig model and schedule. Identify what is already on site and what needs to be sourced.

Start a project brief →
02 / EQUIP

Map the fluid system

List your pumping, mixing and tank equipment. Bring the required flow, pressure and connection details so the equipment discussion starts with your actual system.

Explore equipment →
03 / SUPPLY

Define the package

Identify the pumps, tank agitation, mixing equipment and wear items in scope. Include the required duty, physical interfaces, quantities and delivery location.

Review supply categories →
04 / SUPPORT

Identify the spares

Record equipment model numbers and critical replacement parts before you need them. Request compatibility, availability and lead times for each item.

Build a parts request →

02 / FROM ENTRY TO EXIT

Built around
your jobsite.

Tell us what you’re installing, what you’re drilling through and how your fluid system is configured. We’ll use that information to start the equipment and supply conversation.

01

Utility & fiber installations

Plan supply needs for conduit, communications and utility bores.

  • Installation length and conduit size
  • Rig model and available work area
  • Installed pump details and replacement quantities
↗
02

Water & sewer crossings

Discuss pumping, mixing and fluid management requirements.

  • Pipe material and outside diameter
  • Pump and mixing equipment details
  • Delivery location and required dates
↗
03

Pipeline & infrastructure

Bring bore specifications and equipment requirements to the conversation.

  • Project specifications and equipment list
  • Connection sizes and required materials
  • Replacement parts and phased delivery needs

THE BUYER’S DESK

A better brief. A better conversation.

Practical tools to collect the details that matter. These are inquiry guides, not equipment specifications.

01 / PROJECT PLANNING

HDD supply checklist

Organize project information, equipment requirements, consumables and delivery needs in one editable text file.

02 / EQUIPMENT MATCHING

Before you request a pump

Bring the operating requirements and the physical details of your system.

See the information to gather
  • Required flow and pressure or head
  • Fluid description and available solids data
  • Suction and discharge connections
  • Available power and installation arrangement
  • Existing model, drawings or nameplate details
03 / REPLACEMENT PARTS

Make the part identifiable

A model number and a clear part reference help reduce back-and-forth.

See the parts request checklist
  • Equipment manufacturer, model and serial number
  • Part number and quantity
  • Drawing reference or clear photographs
  • Dimensions and material requirements
  • Ship-to location and need-by date

Existing PSI product families can be reviewed on the PSI corporate website ↗. Confirm specifications and suitability with PSI before ordering.

03 / THE PSI FOUNDATION

A new direction.
Decades of know-how.

Since 1991, Process Solutions International has supplied equipment for liquid and solids treatment. That experience is the foundation for this proposed expansion into HDD supply.

PSI’s established MAX2000 and MAKDADDY product families bring a practical starting point: moving fluid, mixing mud and supporting equipment with replacement parts.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful details.

Is every product shown available today?

This is a concept for PSI’s HDD expansion. Existing equipment families are identified in the range; tooling, fluids and other proposed additions require supplier and availability confirmation.

What should I include in a parts request?

Include the manufacturer, model, part number, quantity and photos or drawings if available. Confirm dimensions, materials and compatibility with PSI before ordering.

Can I request a complete supply package?

Yes. Choose multiple categories and describe your requirements. PSI can review the scope and confirm which items it can supply, specifications and lead times.

Does PSI install the crossing?

This site presents an equipment and supply concept. It does not offer drilling contracting, installation or bore design services. Discuss your equipment scope directly with PSI.

Are price and delivery shown online?

Pricing, freight and lead times are confirmed through a quotation. Include quantities, destination and your required date so PSI can review the request.

Can the site receive drawings or photos?

The quote builder prepares an email in your own email app. Attach your drawings and photos there before sending. If you do not use an email app, download the request and attach it to an email to info@psimax2000.com.
